How does Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 work?
Both Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 are third-party payment options that let you buy now and pay later by splitting your purchase into four interest-free payments every two weeks. For payment questions, please contact their customer service:

How does pre-ordering work?
Once your pre-order is placed with our vendor, please allow 7–14 business days for processing and shipping.
Can I exchange or receive a refund on a pre-order?
All pre-order sales are final. If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us before placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
After selecting pick-up as the shipping method, what’s next?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or text within 24–48 hours with the pick-up location, date, and time. Local pick-up is available in Memphis and nearby areas, including Olive Branch, Horn Lake, and Southaven, Mississippi.
Please note: Orders not picked up within 48 hours of notification will incur a $5 per day holding fee.
What if my item(s) are damaged or missing?
If you receive damaged or missing items, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged item(s). We will assist you promptly.
What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?
After shipment, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly:
