Q: How does Afterpay & PayPal pay in 4 works?
A: Both are a third-party payment processor used by Sassy & Boujee Boutique. You can buy now, pay later with dividing 4 installments payments which is paid every two weeks. Q: How does pre-ordering works?
A: Once your order is placed with our vendor, processing & shipping is usually 7-14 business days.

: Can I exchange or receive a refund on a pre-order?
A: We suggust if you're unsure of an item, please reach out to us before completing order. After order is placed all sales are final.


Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Once confirmation is sent via email, Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Q: After selecting pick-up as shipping method whats next?
A: Once order is processed, an email or text message is sent within 24 - 48hrs with location, date, & time. Local pick-up is available in the Memphis surrounding areas, including Olive Branch, Horn Lake, & Southaven, Mississippi. Any item(s) that is not picked-up within 24 - 48hrs of receiving email or text, there is a fee of $5 a day for holding order.  

Q: What if my item(s) are damaged or missing?
A: If something is damaged, please contact us via email [email protected] Monday - Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. Please include in the email full name, order number, and picture(s) of damaged item(s) and we will do our absolutely best to assist you. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.

Q: What should I do if my package hasn't arrived?
A: After package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, missing, nor lost/stolen packages. Please contact USPS 1.800.275.8777 or UPS 1.800.742.5877.
