All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 48hrs (business days) to receive tracking information after receiving your confirmation email.
Shipping
Overnight/Next Day: 1 business day (if placed before 12 pm)
Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
Standard: 3-5 business days
Due to the shipping increase cost, we are forced to adjust our shipping cost. Shipping can also be delayed due to the shortage of employees working for USPS or UPS.
After package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, missing, nor lost / stolen packages. Please contact USPS 1-800-275-8777 or UPS 1-800-742-5877.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter any changes. You would have to contact the carrier.
Returns
Please note that all sales are final; there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you are uncertain about your shoe size when ordering, kindly contact us so we can provide assistance in selecting the correct size. In the event an item is damaged, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged item(s) in your email, and we will make every effort to provide assistance.
