All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please allow 48hrs (business days) to receive tracking info after your confirmation email.

Overnight/Next Day: 1 business day (if placed before 12 pm)
Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
Standard: 3-5 business days
Due to the shipping increase cost, we are forced to raise our shipping prices. Shipping can also be delayed due to the shortage of employees working for USPS or UPS.
After package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, missing, nor lost / stolen packages. Please contact USPS 1-800-275-8777 or UPS 1-800-742-5877.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter any changes. You would have to contact the carrier.
Returns
Due to Covid-19, there will be no RETURNS, EXCHANGING, nor REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If something is damaged, please contact customer service Monday - Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. We can be reached via email [email protected]. Please include in the email name, order number, and pictures of damaged item(s) and we will do our absolutely best to assist you.
